This is the level of detail that changes the result. The generator shapes the days from the facts in the brief; it does not quietly invent reservations or live availability.
You get editable days, grouped places, transfer and buffer cues, optional stops and route context. You do not get guaranteed opening hours, tickets, live transit, reservations or turn-by-turn navigation; check those with current official sources.
Dates alone do not make a schedule. A 9 pm arrival shrinks day one; a 7 am flight shortens the last. Timed tickets, children's routines and a slow afternoon matter just as much. Put them in the brief and the plan respects them.
A good day groups places that sit together and leaves time for lunch, queues and the walk in between. On the map, look out for crossing the city twice or one stop stranded far from the rest. Move it, make it optional or drop it.
A delayed train should not wreck the whole trip. Move one day's stops or swap their order and the rest of the itinerary stays put. Timetables and opening hours change, so recheck anything time-sensitive with the operator before you go.
A believable itinerary groups nearby stops, avoids pointless crossings and leaves space for meals, queues and delays. Open the map, look at the busiest day and move or drop a stop if the route feels forced.
Go through one day at a time. If the route crosses the same area twice or has one stop far from the rest, move that stop to a better day, mark it optional or cut it. Then leave a buffer for queues, meals and getting between areas.
